 Decades before the Hip Hop community brought the words ‘mix tape’ to a whole new level, Post-Punk, New Wave and Alternative music fans were making each other mix tapes in hopes of sharing the sounds of their latest musical purchases. As their collections grew, the mix tapes became more diverse and exciting.
